Who we are

Greenville Striping Connect is an independent referral and lead-generation service for commercial parking lot striping and pavement marking requests in Greenville, South Carolina and nearby Upstate communities. We are not a striping, paving or asphalt contractor, and we do not perform construction or pavement-marking work.

Information you provide to us

When you submit a striping request, we collect the information you enter in the form. That may include your name, company or property name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, city, property type, the service you need, an approximate lot size, your timing, your preferred contact method, the details you write about the property, and your consent to the terms shown on the form.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not ask for information about individuals who park at a property.

How we use your information

• To review the request you submitted.

• To identify whether an independent local service professional may be able to help with the work described.
• To keep records of requests we have received and how they were handled.

When your information is shared

The consent statement on the request form explains that we may share the information you provide with an independent local service professional for the purpose of responding to your parking-lot striping inquiry. That is the main way your information is shared.

We may also use service providers that host the website and store submitted requests on our behalf, and we may disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it to build advertising audiences.

Analytics on this site

We track a small, privacy-safe set of events so we can tell whether the site is working. Those events cover page views, button clicks, whether the request form was started, whether a request was submitted successfully, and — when a request is submitted — the property type, service needed, approximate lot size, timing, preferred contact method and property ZIP code that were selected.

We deliberately do not send your name, company or property name, phone number, email address, or the free-text details you write into any analytics event.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses only what it needs to operate as a website. We have not added advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking to this site.

Keeping and removing your request

We keep submitted requests so we can follow up and keep our own records. If you would like a request you submitted to be removed, contact us through the request form on the home page and state clearly in the details that you want a previously submitted request removed, including the phone number or email address you used. We will remove it where we can, and we will confirm by the contact method you give us.

No promises about outcomes

Submitting a request does not guarantee a response time, does not guarantee that an independent professional is available for your property, area or timeframe, and does not create any agreement, quote, price or warranty. Any work you arrange is between you and the independent business you choose.

Children

This site is intended for commercial property owners and managers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated, and the current version always applies to information collected through this site.
